Members and Visitors whose data is protected by Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information should refer to the article on the Japanese Personal Information Protection Commission’s website (published only in Japanese) for more information on that Commission’s review of the personal data protection systems for certain countries, including the U.S.
